Autograph letter, signed, from Perry Belmont to "My dear Brooks," dated March 17, [18]79. Written to accompany the March issue of International Review, which Belmont discusses as the first to appear since "my friend Mr. Lodge" became editor, and expresses his hopes for its continued success.
